CHANGE OF MIND RETURNSAlthough not obligated to do so, at WillyChoo we appreciate that you may have second thoughts about your purchases and will give a ‘Change of Mind’ refund if goods* purchased from one of our stores are returned within 7 days (14 Days for online orders and mail orders). For ‘Change of Mind’ purchases, goods can only be accepted back for refund or exchange in “as sold” condition including undamaged original packaging, accessories, etc. If freight expenses of any type have been incurred, these are not refundable. WillyChoo does not provide credit notes. Your Sales Docket must accompany all returns.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE
Items purchased online must be returned by mail at your own expense providing the general returns conditions above are met. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RA (Return Authority). All Returns lodged through mail must have an RA number or the packaged will be refused and returned to sender. Returns may take up to 14 working days to process. We recommend sending your returns with tracking so you can see when it has been delivered. WillyChoo is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be issued back onto the same credit card that was used to place the order. Please note WillyChoo will not refund the original delivery fee unless products are determined to be faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
